A back door takes far more abuse than a front door — wind, rain and constant use. We fit doors and hardware rated for it, and we set the hinges so the door still closes cleanly in a Scottish winter.

Why Choose Our Back Doors

Secure Rear Access

Back doors are the most common break-in point — ours aren't.

Weathertight

Proper seals and drainage for exposed rear elevations.

Glazing Choices

Obscure glass for privacy, clear for light.

Cat Flap Ready

Panels can be prepared for pet doors.

Matching Colours

Match the front door or your windows.

Fast Turnaround

Usually fitted within a couple of weeks of order.

Our Back Doors Range

Half-Glazed Back Doors

The most popular pattern for kitchens and utilities.

Solid uPVC Back Doors

Maximum privacy and security.

Stable Doors

Open the top half for air without letting pets out.

Composite Back Doors

Extra strength for exposed rear elevations.

Questions worth asking any installer

Who actually does the fitting?

We do. You deal with Martyn from the first phone call to the final clean-up — no subcontractors, no call centre.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. The price we quote after the survey is the price you pay. No day-of-fitting extras.

How much mess is there?

We use dust sheets, work room by room and clear up as we go. We wouldn't leave someone's home any different from our own.

Do I always need a full new window?

No. If it's just a misted or failed unit, we replace the pane and leave the frame — a fraction of the cost.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Cumbernauld and cover Glasgow, Falkirk, Stirling, Lanarkshire and the wider Central Scotland area.
